Event Schedule

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for being a part of this very special event. It’s not lost on us how much time, effort, and resources it takes to make a trip like this happen—much less during a pandemic—and it truly means the world to us. 

After a year of lockdowns and quarantines, we are beyond thrilled to reconnect with all of our favorite people in Tuscany, and can’t wait to celebrate life and love with you all.

September 22nd

Join us for poolside pizza at Villa di Ulignano. Swimsuits are encouraged as the pool will be open—and hopefully the sun will be shining.

There’s a lot to see and taste near Volterra, so if you aren’t in town yet or you’ve got something else planned, no worries. We’ll see you on Friday!

September 24th

To immediate family + bridal party

Practice makes perfect-ish. Please join us in the courtyard at Villa di Ulignano so we can rehearse our nuptials.

Welcome BBQ to follow.

To all of our guests

Alex will host a Welcome BBQ to kick off our weekend of festivities.

Grab a beer or glass of wine, then challenge familiar faces (or new ones!) to a round of croquet, bags, Jenga, or any of the other yard games we’ll have set out.

Dinner will begin at 6:00PM, during which family, bridal party, and friends are welcome to give toasts.

Transportation will be provided for those staying in or nearby Volterra. Please let us know where you will be staying so we can make note of it and confirm transportation. More on this to come.

If you wish to swim after dinner, bring your swimsuit—there are changing rooms on site.

September 25th

To all of our guests

Today’s the day! We will exchange our vows in the courtyard at Villa di Ulignano.

Transportation will be provided for those staying in or nearby Volterra. Please let us know where you will be staying so we can make note of it and confirm transportation. More on this to come.

Black Tie

After the “I do’s,” join us for refreshing cocktails and traditional Tuscan aperitifs.

After cocktails, we will indulge in a 3-course meal—true Italian style.
Your menu selections can be made at the time of R.S.V.P.

After the cake is cut, speeches have been given, and the bouquet has been tossed, we hope you’ll join us on the dance floor to boogie the night away.

To all of our guests

We imagine that some most of us will be a little fragile from the evening before, so come as you are—pj’s, swimsuits, gowns and tuxes—anything goes.

We’ll supply the water—and mimosas.

No planned schedule to follow. If you’d like to hang poolside and soak up the Tuscan sun, we’d love for you to stay.

Otherwise, feel free to use brunch as a springboard to your next destination.
